I know what it’s like to feel disconnected—from yourself, your purpose, and the life you thought you’d be living. But I also know that small, intentional habits have the power to reshape everything.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about personal growth. At 13, I was already setting goals, tracking habits, and mapping out plans—not just because I loved structure, but because I saw how consistency created lasting change. And science backs it up — your brain is constantly rewiring itself based on what you repeatedly do. That means transformation isn’t about willpower or motivation. It’s about alignment, accountability, and action.
For over three years, I’ve coached women through some of life’s biggest transitions, helping them build sustainable habits that support mental clarity, physical vitality, and emotional resilience. As a certified nutritionist & holistic health practitioner (MNLS), faith-based mindset coach, and future licensed therapist (LSWC), I take a science-backed, psychology-driven approach to transformation—helping women move from feeling stuck to feeling strong, capable, and in control of their future.
Beyond credentials, this work is deeply personal. I’ve walked through my own seasons of transition—facing self-doubt, decision fatigue, and the physical effects of stress. I searched for stability, confidence, and a way forward that felt aligned, not forced. And through mindset shifts, aligned action, and the happy habits, I found the clarity and confidence I’d been missing.
