Module 1
AWARENESS
The first module is all about self-discovery. You will gain deep clarity around your current identity, mindset patterns, and what’s been holding you back. We’ll uncover limiting beliefs, reflect on past experiences, and start mapping out your desired future self. Using faith-based reflection and science-backed exercises (like cognitive restructuring), you’ll begin recognizing thought patterns that have kept you stuck.
MODULE 2
ALIGNMENT
Once you are aware of what’s holding you back, Module 2 focuses on designing a lifestyle and environment that supports your desired identity. We’ll explore the science of The Alignment Cycle, solidify your life’s purpose & core values, and create your dream board! This phase is about illuminating the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
MODULE 3
ACTION
This is the momentum-building module where you will move from establishing your foundation to building your empire. You’ll begin consistently practicing your "Core 4" habits — small but powerful daily actions that compound over time. We’ll emphasize accountability, simplifying routines, and removing any friction from your new habit loops.
MODULE 4
ACHEIVEMENT
In the final module, you will experience the compounding effects of your efforts. This phase emphasizes celebrating progress, reinforcing positive identity, and stacking new supportive habits onto your Core 4. We'll teach the brain science of reward and dopamine, and establish a practice of gratitude. You’ll complete the program feeling empowered, capable, and connected to your deeply-rooted purpose.
